position requires a high school diploma, two years of post-secondary education
plus a minimum of two years office experience, or a combination, which provides
the essential knowledge, skills and abilities.
A background in law or court knowledge would be preferred. Additional requirements include considerable
knowledge of office procedures, proficient with computers, internet, Microsoft
Office, Outlook, scanners, photocopiers,
printers, fax machines, calculators, multi-line telephones. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess
a valid driver’s license.
Desirable candidates will have excellent
customer services skills, maintain integrity while conducting themselves
ethically, be accountable and pay attention to detail. In addition, self-management, excellent
written, verbal, and listening skills, flexibility and the ability to work as a
contributing team member are required.
