Paying Court Costs, Fines, and Other Fees

Notice

Only the required filing fee should accompany new filings. Once a case is filed, do not submit checks for docketing a judgment until the fee is required (after the judgment is entered). 

In Person

You may pay by cash, check, or money order at the designated window in the Clerk of Court's office. You may pay by credit or debit card through Paygov.us. (Convenience fees are charged by Paygov.us for this service.)  If paying by check or money order, please make them payable to Burnett County.

Payments are able to made online by credit or debit card through Paygov.us or wicourts.gov. Each website assesses a convenience fee for credit or debit card payments. Personnel in the Clerk of Courts' office may also take credit card payments over the counter for your convenience.
