Notice of Public Hearing, State of Wisconsin, County of Burnett, Monday, March 6, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at the Burnett County Government Center in Room 165, Meenon Township, Siren, Wisconsin.

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Webb Lake, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Herb and Sharon Lohse have made application relative to a proposal to vary the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance as follows: To allow structures to be constructed (remain) at less than 40 feet from the ordinary high water mark of Class 2 Nicaboyne Lake, located in the RR-1 zoning district, on Lot 122 CSM V.13 P.27 in Government Lot 2, Section 35, T41N R14W, Town of Webb Lake.

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Swiss, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Gerald and Shirley Bastyr have made application relative to a proposal to vary the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance as follows: To construct a dwelling at a 75 foot setback on Class 3 (100 foot setback) Yellow River, located in the RR-3 zoning district, on Lot 1 CSM V.6 P.260 in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, Section 27, T41N R16W, Town of Swiss.
