NOTICE OF ONSITE MEETING

The Burnett County Board of Adjustment will meet at the Zoning Office on Friday, March 3, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., to do onsite field inspections for the upcoming March 6th Board of Adjustment meeting on the following appeals:

VARIANCE APPEAL #892 - LOHSE
To allow structures to remain at less than 40' to the OHWM of Nicaboyne Lake, on Lot 122 CSM V.13 P.27 in Government Lot 2, Section 35, T41N R14W, Town of Webb Lake. Property address is 29764 Nicaboyne Lake. Road.

VARIANCE APPEAL #893 - BASTYR
To construct a dwelling at less than 75' on the Yellow River, on Lot 1 CSM V.6 P.260 in the SW ¼ o the NW ¼ and in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼, Section 27, T41N R16W, Town of Swiss. Property address is Minerva Road.

VARIANCE APEAL #894 - SHANDORF
To construct a dwelling at 55' to the OHWM of North Sand Lake and at 40' to a wetland/lakebed, on Lot 3 CSM V.1 P.161 in Government Lot 5, Section 35, T40N R15W, Town of Jackson. Property address is 3888 South Shore Road.
