Meeting called to order by Chair, Wayne Burmeister.

Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Gene Olson to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Carried.

The County Surveyor's Report was reviewed.

The Land Information Report was reviewed.

Aero Metrics has been selected for the aerial flight. They will be flying during the last half of April.

Chris Lucas, Headwaters Resources, was here on Tuesday and performed the conversion from the old tax system to the new system.

Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Mary Falk for Kathy to set up a meeting with some of the local businesses to explore the possible billing options for accessing our web site. Carried.

Invoices were presented for approval. Motion made by Gene Olson and seconded by Mary Falk to approve payment of the invoices. Carried.
