SURVEYOR, LAND INFORMATION COMMITTEE MEETING
December 20, 2005

Present: Wayne Burmeister, Gene Olson, Rick Anderson, Chris Sybers, and Carol Johnson. Kathy Swingle was absent due to her husband's illness.

Meeting called to order by Chair, Wayne Burmeister.

Motion made by Gene Olson and seconded by Rick Anderson to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Carried.

The County Surveyor's Report was reviewed.

The Land Information Report was reviewed.

Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to give Kathy permission to move funds from one account to another for budget purposes. Carried.

Invoices were presented for approval. Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to approve payment of the invoices. Carried.

The committee would like to have Jeanine Chell, Joanne Pahl and Roxy Moore attend the next committee meeting for the purpose of gathering more information on the property management system. Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to make a recommendation regarding the property management system to a joint meeting of Finance and Surveyor Committees after the January Surveyor, Land Information Committee Meeting. Carried.
