The Burnett County Finance and Land Use/Surveyor Committees meet in open session on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 9 a.m. at the County Government Center, Room 162.

Land Use/Surveyor Committee Members Present: Wayne Burmmeister, Ric Anderson, Mary Falk, Gene Olson, Chris Sybers

Finance Chairman Main called the meeting to order.

Motion
Motion by Phil Lindeman, seconded by Ed Peterson to go into closed session at 9:15 a.m. pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.95 (e) to discuss Property Management Technology Systems.

Roll Call Vote: Larry Main, yes; Phil Lindeman, yes; Ed Peterson, yes;
Wayne Burmeister, yes; Ric Anderson, yes; Mary Falk,yes; Gene Olson, yes; Chris Sybers, yes. Motion carried.

Committee reconvene to open session to take any action deemed necessary from closed session at approximately 11: 20 a.m.

No action taken.

Finance Chairman Larry Main adjourned the meeting at approximately 11:25 a.m.
