SURVEYOR, LAND INFORMATION COMMITTEE MEETING
DECEMBER 16, 2004

Present: Gene Olson, Mary Falk, Wayne Burmeister, Chris Sybers, Sid Briggs, Kathy Swingle, and Carol Johnson.

Meeting called to order by Chair, Wayne Burmeister.

Motion made by Gene Olson and seconded by Mary Falk to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Carried.

The County Surveyor's Report was reviewed.

The Land Information Report was reviewed.

Vouchers were presented for approval. Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Mary Falk to approve payment of the vouchers. Carried.

Discussion followed on increasing the fee for a fire/address number. Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Gene Olson to increase the fee to $75.00, with $40 going to the township and $35 going to the county. We will also take this proposal to the Town's Association Meeting in January for their approval.

Kathy will be attending the Annual Surveyor's Institute the end of January. Therefore, the January meeting date has been changed to Monday, January 24th at 9 a.m.

Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Gene Olson to adjourn the meeting. Carried.
