SURVEYOR, LAND INFORMATION COMMITTEE MEETING
July 29, 2004

Present: Rick Anderson, Gene Olson, Chris Sybers, Wayne Burmeister, Mary Falk, Sid Briggs, Kathy Swingle, and Carol Johnson.

Meeting called to order by Chair, Wayne Burmeister.

Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to approve the minutes of the last meeting. Carried.

The County Surveyor's Report was reviewed.

The Land Information Report was reviewed.

Kathy Swingle presented the budgets for approval. Surveyor Budget Account 51720: Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to approve the budget of $150,840 with the contingency of an additional $130,000 for aerial photography if we can get enough replacement funding from other sources for the photography. Carried.

Land Information Budget: Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Gene Olson to approve the request for a new position in the Real Property Lister's Office as stated in the request. Carried.

Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Rick Anderson to approve the Land Information Budget Account 51730 as written. Carried.

Retained Fees Account 51750: Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Gene Olson to approve the projects as stated. Carried.

Assessment of Property Budget Account 51530: Motion made by Chris Sybers and seconded by Rick Anderson to approve this budget. Carried.

Vouchers were presented for approval. Motion made by Mary Falk and seconded by Chris Sybers to approve payment of the vouchers. Carried.

Roxanne Scott, Real Property Lister gave a presentation on the Tax Statement, Mill Rate and Levies.

Motion made by Rick Anderson and seconded by Chris Sybers to adjourn the meeting. Carried.
