MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Committee Members Present: Gerald Pardun, Jeff Schinzing, Eldon Freese, Emmett Byrne and Phil Lindeman.

Others Present: Candace Fitzgerald - County Administrator / Human Resources Director and Marcy Thalacker - Human Resources Generalist.

Chairman Gerald Pardun called the meeting to order.

Motion
Phil Lindeman motion, Eldon Freese second to approve the March 11th, 2005 Open and Closed Session Minutes of the Meeting as mailed. Motion carried.

Motion
Emmett Byrne motion, Phil Lindeman second to go into Closed Session at 9:45 A.M. pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for Union Interest Arbitration with the AFSCME, Locals #279-A Non-Professional Union Group. Roll Call Vote as follows:

The Committee reconvened to Open Session as announced at 1:55 P.M.

After a review of Committee Member's Schedules, the next Personnel Committee Meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, June 21st, 2005 commencing at 9:30 A.M.

Eldon Freese motion, Jeff Schinzing second to adjourn the meeting at 2:00 P.M. Motion carried.
