Committee Members Present: Jeff Schinzing, Gerald Pardun, Phil Lindeman, Eldon Freese and Emmett Byrne.

Others Present: Candace Fitzgerald - County Administrator / Human Resources Director, and Marcy Thalacker - Human Resources Generalist.

Chairman Gerald Pardun called the meeting to order.

Motion
Emmett Byrne motion, Phil Lindeman second to go into Closed Session at 9:35 A.M. pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) and (e) for Union Interest Arbitration with AFSCME, Locals #279 Highway Department Employees Union and #279-A Professional Union and the Non-Professional Union Groups. Roll Call Vote as follows:

Gerald Pardun Yes

The Committee reconvened to Open Session as announced at 4:50 P.M. noting that the proceedings on April 27th will resume at 10:00 A.M. instead of at 9:30 A.M. as previously announced.

Gerald Pardun adjourned the meeting for the day at 4:55 P.M.
