MINUTES OF THE MEETING
December 21, 2005

Committee Members Present: Gerald Pardun, Phil Lindeman, Eldon Freese and Emmett Byrne.

Committee Member Absent: Jeff Schinzing.

Others Present: Candace Fitzgerald - County Administrator / Human Resources Director, and Marcy Thalacker - Human Resources Generalist.

Chairman Gerald Pardun called the meeting to order.

Motion
Emmett Byrne motion, Eldon Freese second to go into closed session at approximately 9:05 A.M. to discuss Unit Clarification and continue contract negotiations with AFSCME, Local #279 and/or #279-A Employees and Employee Performance and Compensation and confer with Legal Counsel regarding same pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (c), (e) and (g). Roll Call vote as follows:

Phil Lindeman Yes
Gerald Pardun Yes
Emmett Byrne Yes

The Committee reconvened into open session as announced at approximately 11:25 A.M.

Motion
Eldon Freese motion, Phil Lindeman second to approve the County's Counter Proposals as discussed and contact each AFCME Unit accordingly. Motion carried.

Gerald Pardun adjourned the meeting at 11:35 P.M.
