CALL TO ORDER: 9:40 a.m. by Charlie Peterson

MINUTES APPROVAL: Motion by Duane Johnson /2nd Jim Engelhart to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

FINANCE REPORT APPROVAL: Motion by Duane Johnson /2nd Wayne Burmeister to approve the finance report as presented
with the revision of $5979.29 from Polk county for salary & mileage for Eric Wojchik. Motion carried.

WILDLIFE DAMAGE PROGRAM - Dave Ferris

*Dave presented the established grain prices for Burnett County. Some questions surfaced that the price on snap beans seemed a little high this year. Motion by Duane Johnson/2nd Wayne Burmeister to approve the Burnett County grain prices for wildlife damage claims as presented: Corn, $2.39/bushel; Soybeans, $7.34/bushel; Snapbeans, $89.15/ton; Pumpkins, $5.00 each; Hay - alfalfa, $103.00/ton, alfalfa-grass, $86.00/ton. Motion carried.

BIG WOOD LAKE - Paul Cook

*Paul reviewed 2004 cost share sign ups that will be installed in 2005.

FIRE PROTECTION TRAINING - Dave Ferris

*Dave will be going to Wausau next week to complete another segment of the fire training necessary for prescribed burns, etc…

OTHER BUSINESS

*Letter from Kay McKenzie, WLWCA northwestern rep, addressing issues surfaced at the annual conference.
*Several informational handouts distributed.
