Land/Finance Committee members present: Land Committee Chairman Edgar Peterson, Finance Committee Chairman Clifford (Larry) Main and Supervisor Phil Lindeman.

Others present: Zoning Administrator Jim Flanigan, Solid Waste Manager Rick Schneider, Sheriff Dean Roland, Jail Captain Terry Nesvold and Deputy Steve Sacharski.

Called to order: Ed Peterson called the September 12, 2005 meeting of the Land/Finance Committee to order at 8:50 a.m. at the Lorn D. Bown property.

Walk the property located at 2500 Spruce Road to review and discuss the cost of court ordered clean-up due to zoning ordinance violations: The committee viewed the property. Rick Schneider will check with the Department of Natural Resources and report back to the committee; the committee will then discuss clean-up.

Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
