The meeting took place at 10:00 a.m. at 331 West Benson Avenue, Grantsburg, Wisconsin. Land Committee Members present: Edgar Peterson. Others present: Helen Steffen, County Clerk; Joanne Pahl, Treasurer; Judy Dykstra, Deputy County Clerk and members of the public.

Two bidding numbers were assigned. At 10:30 a.m., Merlin Johnson conducted the auction of parcel identification number 131-2600-53300 (a parcel of land located in the NW ¼ NW ¼, Section 14, Township 38 North, of Range 19 West). The sale was conducted in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes and County Ordinance 96-1. No sealed bids were received and no voice bids were made.

The property is now available for purchase at the minimum bid price of $50,000 during normal business hours at the County Clerk's Office.
