The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Chair David Alderman.

There were no appearances by the public.

Jeanne Young presented the proposed 2006 Health and Human Services budget.

Rob Rudiger updated the Board about the necessity of providing MH / Outpatient clinical services within the Department. She has approached some of the current provider staff about transitioning to contracted positions with the Department. She has also been in contact with the State of Wisconsin regarding the certifications required. Because of the uncertainty of the personnel and equipment needs for these services, many of these items are not included in the current budget proposal.

Norm Bickford made a motion to approve the budget as presented with the understanding that variance requests may be made as more information becomes available regarding the MH / AODA outpatient situation, Jeff Schinzing seconded; motion carried.
