Present: Candy Fitzgerald, Norman Bickford, Bert Lund, LaVerne Sandberg, Jeff Schinzing, Laurel Stusek, Chris Sybers

The meeting was called to order by Jeff Schinzing, Vice-Chair, at 9:00 a.m.

Candace Fitzgerald briefed the committee on the interviewing process.

A motion was made by LaVerne Sandberg, seconded by Chris Sybers, to go into closed session in order to conduct employment interviews pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1) (c); approved by a roll call vote:

A motion was made by Laurel Stusek, seconded by LaVerne Sandberg, to reconvene to open session at 12:25 p.m.; motion carried.

With no further business to properly come before the committee, a motion was made by Norman Bickford, seconded by LaVerne Sandberg, to adjourn; motion carried.
