Burnett County Home Health Care is a service provided under doctor’s orders to assist Burnett County residents to remain in their homes while recuperating from an injury, illness or surgery.

Skilled Nursing Offers:

  • Assessment

  • Teaching

  • Observation

  • Monitoring Care

  • Terminal Care

  • Technical Procedures such as, but not limited to:

    • Injections
    • Changing Catheters
    • Wound Care
    • Drawing Blood for Lab Work
    • Colostomy Care
    • Bowel Programs
    • I.V. Therapy

Physical Therapist:

  • Contract Service

  • Teach and implement exercise programs to strengthen and improve mobility, balance, ambulation and endurance.

  • Home assessment of needed equipment and makes recommendations.

Home Health Aide:

  • Provide and/or assist clients with bathing, Range of Motion, dressing, exercises and tasks as ordered by the nurse.

  • Medicare

  • Medical Assistance

  • Veteran’s Administration

  • Workmen’s Compensation

  • Private Insurance

  • Private Pay - Sliding Fee Scale
