Youth Curfews

Villages in Burnett County have curfews that prohibit minors of certain ages from being in any public place during specified hours unless accompanied by an adult person having legal custody of the minor.

Grantsburg: Ordinance Sec. 11-5-1; affects any person under the age of 18 between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Siren: Ordinance Sec. 9-6-1; affects any person under the age of 16 between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Webster: Ordinance Sec. 9-2-14; affects any person under the age of 16 between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
