The airport is located halfway between the Twin Cities and Duluth which is OUTSIDE OF CLASS B AIRSPACE.

Burnett County Airport AWOS. 24 Hour weather which can be accessed over a dedicated VHF frequency (118.325) or through the AWOS number (715-349-8563) The AWOS reports: wind speed and direction, ceiling, visibility, temperature,dewpoint and altimeter setting.

Runways are well maintained and in excellent condition. Both runways have pilot controlled lighting,
PAPI units and REIL's

There is presently space available for the building of private and commercial hangars

All types of fuel are available to include: 100LL, JET A and 87 Autogas. They are available 24 hours via new automated systems that accept MC, Visa, and Discover. A variety of oil and pilot supplies are available from the newly remodeled airport terminal as well, The office hours are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM M-F and 9:OO AM-4:OO PM Saturday and Sunday.

The pilot lounge is open 24 hours with access to Pan-Am weather, telephone, vending machines and restrooms.

Burnett County Airport has room for you! Located in Siren, WI (the heart of Wisconsin tourism) you can take advantage of four seasons of activity, including hunting, fishing, bike and snowmobile trails all within five minutes of the airport. Local casino and championship golf course offer free transportation to and from the airport. We have built two new taxiways that can offer you a choice of building locations, for your new hangar. We, also, have new hangars available for sale today!

Coming this spring, we will be able to offer hangar space at daily, weekly and monthly rates. Burnett County Airport is a convenient, multi-service facility, including 24 hour access to fuel and weather. Located less than 70 nm NNE of Minneapolis (OUTSIDE OF CLASS B AIRSPACE), it is a quick trip to see what we have to offer.

A rented vehicle can be arranged with prior notice and motels will provide transportation to and from their locations. The airport also has a courtesy car for pilots' use. There are a number of restaurants and motels in the area, they include:
