Our Department received notification on October 13, 2009 that the following three medical conditions have been added to Veterans under Agent Orange Protocol as presumptive diseases. The three diseases are Parksinsons, ischemic heart disease and B cell leukemia (Hairy Cell.) These new presumptive diseases were announced by the Veterans Affairs Administration.
